VivaTech: Meeting with the french secretary of State in charge of digital technology


Talentsoft attended VivaTech, the world’s rendezvous for startups and leaders to celebrate innovation, on May 16, 17 and 18. It’s a gathering of the world’s brightest minds, talents, and products taking place in Paris.It was a unique opportunity to meet and exchange ideas about the dynamic ecosystem of French Tech in Europe and abroad!

Cédric O, secretary of State in charge of digital technology met the Talentsoft teams and discussed digital transformation with Laure Pourageaud, Chief People Experience Officer at Talentsoft, and Xavier Monty, Director of Communication at Talentsoft.

Jean-Stéphane Arcis, co-founder and CEO of Talentsoft, had the privilege of meeting Bruno Lemaire, the French finance minister, to discuss the needs of the European Tech gems to become world champions. He also attended the General Public Day, for a conference “Unicorn in sight”, during which he spoke about his entrepreneurial experience.


Among the other highlights of the three days:

  • Alexandre Pachulski, co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Talentsoft, participated with Laura Cambronero, Recruitment Manager at Oreegami, in a round table discussion led by Gregory Pouy (founder of LaMercatique) on the theme “Your difference is your strength”. They put the emphasis on atypical profiles who have this extra thing that can make all the difference for companies.
  • Laure Pourageaud also participated in an exciting discussion on opportunities for women in Tech with the association Elles bougent, VINCI Energies, NewSchool and 70 high school girls.
  • Bélinda Morvan, Chief Financial Officer at Talentsoft, was invited by Marguerite Bérard, head of BNP Paribas French Retail Banking, to give her advice on how to become a unicorn during the talk “From startup to Unicorn: how to get there”.
  • Jean-Philippe Courtois, EVP & President-Global Sales, Marketing & Operations at Microsoft, mentioned Talentsoft during their exciting keynote on digital transformation.
